It's a little overdue but deserved. He will be missed. I had great expectations for the Dark Knight movie and his role. Rest In Peace.

Cloverfield Update

Thinking back...I'm having second thoughts about this Cloverfield movie. I think it's more complex than what I made it to be. There were a lot of little hints and clues in the movie that I may have missed. The viral campaign had a bunch of clues to this beast and yeah there was no character development, it's cuz it's shot from a video camera. How could you develop the characters when it's a "live" recording? I think the Slusho website reveals some information on the monster. I heard that a sequel may be in the form of another video tape which is kinda a cool idea. I think i need to get the dvd and watch this again. It's starting to grow on me.

Insomnia/Cloverfield

Insomnia is a mofo. It's 5:02am and can't sleep. Went to go see Cloverfield today....WORST MOVIE EVER!!! I was amped to see it because JJ Abrams is the shit to me...but this movie first of all made me wanna throw up cuz the camera was shaky as hell. It was like that for most of the movie... I could barely tell what was going on and the characters suck. You don't care about them...you don't care if they die...you kinda wish they did. The movie took forever for the action to start but it was cool. When it ended, people were just like "whuhhhh???" they didn't know what to say. To summarize, I give this movie a 2 out of 5.

This is only part of my collection. This is just some of my cds, dvds, and vhs. I have a bunch more VHS tapes, cassette tapes, and some vinyl which i covered up in the picture(about 2 crates). YES I SPEND WAY TOO MUCH MONEY ON THIS SHIT..

Mos Vect

Mos Def outside of Sam Goody for the EPMD album signing. Yea I look like an idiot! PS...I wish I had a chance to say whatup to Big Pun who was outside signing autographs. He wasn't well known at that time...only featured on Joe's album at this time, but did get to see him perform later at Twilo I think.

Rewind.....
